Multi-Session 1-2-1 Training Packages

Multi-Session 1-2-1 Training Packages must be used within a three-month period from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited and are non-refundable. It is the client’s responsibility to schedule and attend sessions within the timeframe. Extensions may be granted in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the trainer.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions that render in-person training sessions impractical or unsafe, First Place Dog Training reserves the right to modify the mode of instruction to ensure the continuity of the training.

If in-person sessions are affected by bad or extreme weather, First Place Dog Training may, at its discretion, conduct the sessions via Zoom video call or an alternative online platform. This decision will be made with the safety and well-being of participants in mind.

Participants will be notified as promptly as possible regarding any changes in the mode of instruction. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure they have the necessary equipment and internet connection to participate in virtual sessions.
